    本項目擬開展以下研究工作: ( 1 )中國人2型糖尿病發生過程中遺傳因素的發現及其作用機制; ( 2 )細胞應激在中國人2型糖尿病發生過程中的作用機制及其營養干預的組學; ( 3 )核受體在胰島素抵抗和2型糖尿病發病中的作用機制; ( 4 )細胞信號轉導分子、脂紊亂與胰島素抵抗的關系; ( 5 ) 2型糖尿病發展過程與血管病; ( 6 )胰島素分泌常、細胞凋亡與2型糖尿病; ( 7 ) 2型糖尿病發生過程中的分子網路與作用機制。
