Our previous studies demonstrated that agmatine not only reduced the amplitude of action potential ( apa ), maximal rate of depolarization ( vmax ), velocity of diastolic ( phase 4 ) depolarization ( vdd ), and rate of pacemaker firing ( rpf ), but also prolonged 90 % duration of action potential ( apd90 ) in a concentration - dependent manner

    我們先前的實驗證明，胍了胺可劑量依賴性地抑制兔竇房結起搏細胞的0相最大上升速度（ v _ （ max ） ） ，動作電位幅度（ apa ）和舒張期除極化速度（ vdd ） ，起搏細胞放電頻率（ rpf ） ，而且能延長90動作電位時程（ apd _ （ 90 ） ） 。

    結果顯示： （ 1 ）人精子mr能夠誘發去透明帶金黃地鼠卵母細胞中皮質顆粒的胞吐，並引起卵母細胞膜表面微絨毛形態和數量發生改變； （ 2 ）皮質顆粒胞吐后，其內容物可結合到卵膜表面； （ 3 ）抗mr抗血清預處理精子可抑制精子與卵子的結合與融合，使受精率、穿透指數和結合指數下降，並均有劑量依賴性。以上結果提示，人精子mr在受精過程中起重要作用，其主要作用可能是介導精-卵膜融合併促進卵母細胞的活化。

    結果表明，苦參堿能夠劑量依賴性地抑制青霉素誘導的神經元順向信號傳導激活過程，使細胞外記錄到的場電位各個參數發生相應改變；三氟拉嗪可以改變ps的時相變化，提高ps的恢復程度和恢復率，減小了神經元因缺氧引起的不可逆損傷；高頻刺激（ highfrequencystimulate ， hfs ）可以長時間的增強ps的幅度和epsp的斜率，進而增強神經元的輸入輸出功能，增加了突觸的可塑性。
