    本文主要針對容性狀態下的臭氧發生器源進行相關研究,研究內容包括以下幾部分: ( 1 )在正弦流源供的dbd型發生器的基波等效基礎上,提出了一種考慮雜散(變壓器、開關管開關和導通以及其他元件的熱)的改進型基波等效,並採用該等效得出了適用的臭氧發生器源設計方法,實驗驗證了該基波等效具有工程設計精度高的優點。
