    本文結合國防科委「高效數控加技術研究?成飛示範」課題中單元化製造資源管理系統的研究與應用,從車間層開始圍繞製造資源計劃( mrp )和準時制生產( justintime ,簡稱jit )的需求並結合製造執行系統( manufacturingexecutionsystem )的特點對車間資源的管理作了一定的研究和探討,並付諸實踐,以適應先進的管理理念;實現了成飛數控加中心刀具、量具、裝、物料等製造資源的計算機管理,介紹了一些計劃與調度管理、庫存管理、成本管理的管理思想、理念及方法,完成了與車間生產調度部門、藝部門、經營管理部門的信息共享和集成,從製造資源的角度保證了成飛數控加中心的生產能有、受控的進行;對今後的車間層製造資源管理探索出了一條切實可行的解決途徑。本文以刀具管理為例,研究了高效數控環境下製造資源管理的現實需求及主要的作流;採用idefo 、 idef1x方法建立了系統的功能模型和信息模型;並在車間局域網的支持下,採用聯合應用開發( jad )方法(即開發人與最終用戶共同開發系統) ,以先進的管理理論為指導,結合生產現場的實際情況,利用成熟的軟體開發具開發了c s模式下的計算機製造資源管理系統軟體。

    根據閥門cad發展趨勢,針對成都乘風閥門有限責任公司閥門設計現狀,本課題基於mdt三維設計平臺開發了閥門三維參數化設計系統,主要完成的作和成果如下:根據公司提供的幾種不同結構閥門的二維圖紙,利用mdt三維設計平臺建立了三維參數化基本圖形庫,其中包括所有零部件和總裝配模型圖及二維圖;依照閥門設計的一般步驟設計了參數編輯器,用來對閥門尺寸參數進行編輯、輸入、輸出等,具有參數雙向同步顯示功能,使用十分靈活方便;根據用戶的需求,為了使設計達到精確、可靠、實用的要求,設計開發了計算器,能自動完成閥門設計過中所需的各種結構計算,並可以輸出閥門設計計算說明書;為了使設計人更具有競爭力,本系統利用internet intranet技術設計開發了虛擬設計中心子模塊,虛擬設計中心集成了網路會議、終端服務、超級鏈接等功能,可以讓設計師直接使用服務器上的應用,與intranet internet上的其他設計專家進行交流、共享軟體資源,實現遠協同設計。
