    本研究的目的是要從理論上探討利用單電極雙向脈沖刺激實現神經選擇性刺激, (即當刺激一束神經時,不興奮粗神經而興奮細神經)的可能性.雙向脈沖刺激可以降低刺激脈沖對神經產生的電化學損傷.為研究有髓神經的電特性,建立了一個基於簡單的無窮大、各向同性的容積導體模型的模擬系統.利用該模擬系統,採用「不對稱但電荷平衡」的雙向脈沖刺激,計算了神經的興奮和阻斷閾值與直徑、-電極間距離的關系.結果表明:在距電極一定距離內採用該雙向脈沖刺激模式確實可以實現有髓神經的選擇性興奮
