本文基於計算機網路教育模式，在開放式實驗室這一大課題下主要從事了高級電工實驗系統（ aees ，即advancedelectricexperimentsystem ）智能儀表內部結構及其與pc機通信的設計研究這一子課題，目的在於有效解決目前在實驗環節當中所存在的問題，並充分利用發揮校園網和網際網路在實驗中所應起的作用。
