本文運用非線性有限元軟體ansys ls - dyna對汽車落地骨架零件進行了沖壓成形的數值模擬，得出了毛坯外形，預測了成形過程中板料壁厚變化和可能出現的起皺、破裂現象，通過回彈模擬，預測了回彈趨勢，獲得了該類零件成形所需要的工藝參數，對實際生產具有一定的指導作用。
