本文針對k190jik鋼軌焊機控制系統存在參數修改困難、焊接過程不夠穩定、無焊接質量在線診斷功能等問題，採用日本三菱公司fx2n - 64mr可編程序控制器、研華工控pcl ? 1800數據採集卡等為核心控制部件，對焊機的整機控制系統進行了全面升級。運用軟體labview和vb開發了數據採集系統，完善了焊接穩壓、調壓、電流恆值控制與智能調節功能，利用vb建立了焊接質量在線診斷系統，並完成了系統組裝調試與工藝試驗研究工作。This controller is based on single - chip microcomputer at89c51, and it can realize automatic welding, line voltage compensation, welding current and voltage display through the combining of constant current and voltage supply control with varied sets of standard parameter storages, fault self - diagnostic programs and system self - protection ability
