    受試者為17名男子一、二級短跑員。使用松下m9000高速攝像機對100米跑過程中的員進行錄像,同時測試短跑員100米成績,利用愛捷錄像系統獲取學參數;用人體測量尺測試短跑員的肢體圍度;同時採用biodex -型等測力及康復統,測試員上肢肩關節及下肢髖、膝、踝3個關節的等速屈伸肌力。在角速度60 s (速) 、 240 s (中速)和360 s (快速)下測試肩關節等向心收縮肌力;在角速度60 s9速)和240 s (快速)及120 s下測試下肢3關節等速向心及離心肌收縮肌力。
