摘要結合儀征長嶺原油管道洪湖長江定向鉆穿越工程實例，分析了管道定向鉆穿越長距離巖石層的特點，論述了定向鉆穿越巖石層的地層狀況、鉆具組合、控向措施、泥漿控制、鉆進工藝以及導向孔鉆進、擴孔、回拖階段的應急預案，針對在鉆導向孔過程中因泥漿壓力高、信號線多次出現被高壓泥漿沖壞、造成控向信號不穩定甚至中斷的情況，對信號線的安裝提出了改進措施。
