    本文從絕緣結的故障理入手,以絕緣結故障的典型特徵? ?局部放電為研究對象,重點討論局部放電的在線監測方法、適用場併比較它們的優缺點;在分析籠型異步電轉子斷條在線監測的定子電流監測方法后,根據其缺陷,本文探討了溫不平衡法、希爾伯特變換數字濾波、小波包分析法的原理及優點;以電軸承、氣隙偏心等故障為研究對象,通過對電振動和轉速頻率的檢測,診斷電的故障類型;本文的重點工作是將人工智慧技術中的模糊技術應用於電的狀態監測和故障診斷中,力求使電故障診斷更近人工智慧化;最後,本文對電狀態監測和故障診斷系統進行了硬體和軟體初步設計,為實現預測維修供了有效的技術手段。
