在基於製造周期（ makespan ）的多目標協同優化中，研究了各種平衡指標與系統目標之間的關系，將協同優化的結果與串列優化的結果進行了比較分析，給出了混合流水線協同優化與多目標協同優化的具體演算法，並且在多目標協同優化得到的決策方案集的基礎上，進行了多目標決策；在基於物流的多目標協同優化模型中，將零部件使用速率的均勻化模型推廣到流水線上各個層次物料供應（物流）的平準化問題，首次在makespan的基礎上將物流平準化目標與混合流水線的平衡設計有機結合起來，根據頂層物料和低層物料的不同特徵，分別建立了頂層物流的平準化模型和低層物流的平準化模型，進一步地研究了帶資源供應約束型的物流平準化模型。
