摘要通過對粗泥沙集中來源區攔沙工程建設成就與問題的分析，結合粗泥沙集中來源區溝道特徵，提出了粗泥沙集中來源區攔沙工程體系的構成、布局思路、建設原則，提出了「先大后小」 、 「先下後上」和「分段實施」的攔沙工程建設時序，並針對當前工作實際，提出了亟待解決的幾個問題：加快大型攔泥庫前期工作步伐、盡快制定大型攔泥庫標準、重視各類工程實施進度以及正確理解和執行規范、充分發揮骨幹壩的作用等。
