本研究對杭州地區近年分離的福氏和宋內氏志賀菌株進行類和類整合子的檢測，了解其分佈特徵；進一步通過克隆測序和southenblot ，確定其攜帶的基因盒組成特徵以及其在基因組中的位置；在研究中發現了一種缺少3 』保守區的非典型類整合子，通過反轉pcr了解此整合子的切除基因盒的特徵；並對非典型類整合子和類整合子各自攜帶的aada賦予宿主菌鏈黴素抗性的不同能力，進行了探討。
