本文就針對此，選擇呼和浩特地區作為研究區域，首先闡述了可持續發展與承載力概念的內涵及關系，以及水資源狀況和水資源承載力的概念、特徵。然後根據呼和浩特歷年的統計資料，利用spss軟體分析了呼和浩特水資源承載力變化的總體趨勢，結果表明:人口和gdp是影響呼和浩特水資源承載力變化的主要因素。
