有關修訂或暫停執行議事規則的議案All disputes, controversies, or differences which may arise between the parties hereto, out of or in relation to this agreement and which the board of directors fail to settle through consultation, shall finally be submitted to arbitration which shall be conducted by the foreign trade arbitration commission of the ccpit in accordance with the provisional rules of procedures or arbitration of the said commission
