    本文在大量查閱現國內外文獻基礎上,總結並綜合前人關微板熱管理論研究方面成果,對單面刻板熱管進了較為入和細致研究。本文研究共分兩大部分,其中第一部分考察了該型熱管整體工作表現,通過建立數學模型和開發相應計算程序,得到了熱管內部毛細流動和傳熱數據,分析了熱管在不同工作傾角、不同加熱熱流以及不同工作溫度等情況下工作特性變化規律,考察了汽液界面上剪切作用對熱管傳熱量影響,並且進一步在理論上預測了該型熱管毛細和沸騰極限。
