    本文首先對肥沃土壤與經高溫焚燒后的貧瘠土壤中的微藻數量、土壤ph質含量、效磷含量和全量進行較研究,然後將包含微藻的綠化苗圃地肥土按不同例接種進入貧瘠土樣中,分別在光照條件和黑暗條件下進行培養,在0天、 30天、 60天和90天分別檢測以上指標,光條件和無光條件下,即藻條件和無藻條件下貧瘠土樣所發生的變化,並分別對微藻數量的變化與土壤ph質含量、效磷含量和全量的變化之間做相關性分析,以評估肥沃土壤中的微藻接種進入貧瘠土壤后的生長情況以及對貧瘠土壤的改良作用。研究結果表明: ( 1 )土壤微藻對環境較強的適應能力,且光照對其分佈起了決定性的作用。
