    本文針對寒冷地區居住建築熱環境特徵，以實際居住建築中的人體主觀感覺為研究對象，伴隨客觀參數測量的問卷調查手段，首次以模糊評價方法給出居住建築自然通風房間熱感覺的模糊評判模型，在此基礎上給出熱環境綜合評價指標；針對居住建築空調開啟特性，根據住宅自然通風與空調臨界轉換條件，提出能耗修正系數以便對此類建築的能耗進行正確科學的評價。
