This day witnesses the celebration of the turnover of the c. c. liu collection to the university of hong kong libraries by professor liu ching - chih, and the launching of our new book new music in china and the c. c. liu collection at the university of hong kong edited and compiled by mrs. helen woo, in association with dr. chan hing - yan, and dr. georg predota. this ceremony will also serve as the kick - off event to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the founding of the department of music
