針對龍門移動式鏜銑加工中心伺服系統,為了克服因兩個龍門立柱運動狀態差異形成的機械耦合對雙電機系統的影響,本文採用自適應解耦控制技術,先通過前饋解耦,再經過自適應律產生的反饋作用來修改雙直線電機控制器的參數,產生同步控制量,使雙電機在位置上保持一致,從而實現了雙電機的同步傳動。Conclusions can be drawn from the graph of brake torque change of the mrp brake : using different mrp, the brake torque varied very much ; with the same working diameter, the same width of working face and the same distance, the brake torque of plate mrp brake is bigger than that of cylindrical mrf brake ; in a certain range of temperature, temperature has little effect on the brake torque ; while working diameter and working distance of the brake has obvious effect on the brake torque, so in the design, these two parameter should be emphasized
從制動器制動力矩的變化曲線得出:磁流變液不同,制動力矩變化很大;在相同工作面直徑、工作面寬度和工作間隙的條件下,盤式磁流變液制動器的制動力矩比圓柱形磁流變液制動器大;在一定的溫度范圍內,溫度對磁流變液制動器的制動力矩影響不大;而制動器的工作直徑、工作間隙對磁流變液制動器的制動力矩有明顯的影響,所以在設計中應重點考慮這兩個參數。
