根據genbank中已公布的tbevsofjin - ho株和oshima5 - 10株核苷酸序列利用dnastar軟體設計10對引物，利用rt - pcr技術分段擴增病毒cdna ，克隆法測序。病毒基因組5末端和3末端序列採用race法擴增。測序結果用dnastar軟體拼接，在genbank中檢索6株tbev編碼區核苷酸序列、 12株tbeve蛋白核苷酸序列，並在dnastar上進行核苷酸序列、由此推導的氨基酸序列比較及構建系統發生樹。
