文章以原發型創新農業科技示範園區為重點研究對象，以國家級楊凌農業高新技術產業示範區為重點實證研究園區，選擇了農業科技示範園區可持續發展的四大制約因素，分別進行分析研究，提出了相應的對策。本文由六章內容組成。第一章導論本章闡述了選題的背景和研究的目的意義，綜述了國內外有關農業科技示範園區的研究成果，提出了本文研究的基本思路和基本方法，概括了本文可能的創新之處。
