    本文在闡明錦屏一級水電站壩區巖體的形成和演化特徵的基礎上,詳細研究了拱肩高邊坡巖體的結構特徵及岸坡巖體淺表生改造特徵,建立了岸坡巖體淺表生改造與岸坡演化模,分析研究了巖體的物理力學性質,採用修正的csmr對拱肩高邊坡的巖體質量進行分級研究,在此上基礎之上,採用地質分析判和有限元分析等方,對高邊坡整體穩定性進行了系統分析、計算與評價;應用塊體理論對高邊坡的局部穩定性進行了分析計算,確定局部不穩定塊體的規模、出露范圍,從而對拱肩高邊坡的局部穩定性有了系統全的認識和了解。
