摘要探討並研究1974年國際海上人命安全公約和中國船級社《鋼質海船入級規范（ 2006 ） 》關于船舶癱船狀態和船舶原始動力源的規定和要求、癱船狀態基本特徵和船舶原始動力源的主要型式、應急電源和船舶動力機械的起動裝置的要求以及船舶原始動力源的維護與管理等問題。
