    針對旋轉機械振動信號的非平穩性及特徵難以提取的特點，通過對小波變換技術的進一步研究，提出旋轉機械振動信號處理的小波基函數選擇原則及小波包消噪的軟閥值原則。利用小波包變換對旋轉機械振動信號進行消噪處理和特徵提取。並以「能量」為元素，構造旋轉機械振動信號的特徵向量，從而為旋轉機械振動信號的故障特徵提取以及后續的故障智能診斷提供了一種便捷的處理方法。
