本文圍繞搶劫罪加重犯構成特徵、類型劃分以及既未遂問題，將搶劫罪加重犯分為五種表現形態? ?地點加重犯、手段加重犯、結果加重犯、對象加重犯以及數額、數量加重犯，針對理論界和實踐中的搶劫罪加重犯八種情形中的熱點問題，筆者一一進行探討，努力提出自己的新觀點。當然，筆者水平有限，難免存在不足之處，筆者希望以本文為契機，在以後的學習中能進一步鉆研，使自己的專業知識更上一層樓。
