This paper introduces the latest progress of high level radioactive waste disposal programs in the world, and discusses the key scientific issues as follows : ( 1 ) the precise prediction of the evolution of a repository site ; ( 2 ) the characteristics of deep geological environment ; ( 3 ) the behaviour of deep rock mass, groundwater and engineering material under coupled conditions ( intermediate to high temperatures, geostress, hydraulic, chemical, biological and radiation process, etc ) ; ( 4 ) the geochemical behaviour of transuranic radionuclides with low concentration and its movement with groundwater : and ( 5 ) the safety assessment of disposal system

    在介紹國內外最新研究進展的基礎上,重點討論高放廢物地質處置的若干關鍵科學問題:處置場址地質演化的精確預測、部地質環境特徵、多場耦合條件下(中(高)溫、地殼應力、用、化學用、生物用和輻射用等)部巖體、地下程材料的行為、低濃超鈾放射性核素的地球化學行為與隨地下遷移行為及處置系統的安全評價。

    本論文結合國家重點程項目?公伯峽電站的建設,以電站建設期施渡汛為研究重點,從實施出發,分析黃河上游氣候特性和梯級群的實際運行狀況,對施渡汛中的主要問題?洪流達時間、區間洪預報、渡汛風險、汛期預警、龍羊峽在渡汛中的用等進行了比較全面入的研究,目的在於提出可用於實際的區間洪預報方案和調方法,為公伯峽電站施期建設提供技術支撐。
