    嶺南大學嶺大香港商學研究所與廣州中山大學港澳珠江三角洲研究中心，三月十日在嶺南大學校園舉行策略合作聯盟簽署儀式，並同時為雙方合作的專書港澳與珠江三角洲的經濟合作舉行發行儀式，該書內容結合了雙方共二十多名研究人員的研究成果，由三聯香港有限公司出版大會並於發行儀式后，以其中兩項研究成果為題作摘要報告，包括：一外商包括港商對珠三角投資環境的評估，及二香港與珠江三角基建合作的問題與建議附上上述二專題研究成果簡要，供參閱。
