    本試驗採用蠟切片研究了芥發芽期、幼苗生長期各器官形態及解剖結構的變化過程;並對自鄂爾多斯市野生芥花、果實、種子及人工栽培的葉片旺盛生長期、葉片生長衰退期的根、莖、葉等材料進行了形態及解剖學研究,結果表明:芥發芽期根、莖、葉各器官內組織已始分化;幼苗期已分化出發達的輸導組織及貯水組織;葉片旺盛生長期各器官具有發達的輸導組織,但機械組織不發達,因此芥的根莖葉適于食用。
