我國海上救助系統擔負著沿海水域海上人命救助、船舶財產救助、海上消防、海上溢油應急清除和其它海上交通運輸及海洋資源開發的安全保障任務。Any deviation in saving or attempting to save life or property at sea or any reasonable deviation shall not be deemed to be an act deviating from the provisions of the preceding paragraph
船舶在海上為救助或者企圖救助人命或者財產而發生的繞航或者其他合理繞航，不屬于違反前款規定的行為。Members of the volunteer service are trained to perform emergency duties during typhoons, flooding and landslips ; to search for and rescue people in distress in mountains ; to help evacuate or rescue victims trapped under collapsed buildings or buried in landslides ; and to combat forest fires and oil pollution at sea
