通過大量實驗,已掌握了關鍵工藝參數(熔液澆注溫度、擠壓模預熱溫度、浸漬時間、浸漬力)的優化選取方法。在合理選取關鍵工藝參數的前提下,擠壓速度的控制是成形出質量良好製件的關鍵。但是,目前對于擠壓速度的控制仍停留在手動控制階段,利用該工藝制備管、棒材製件的成功與否受操作者對該工藝及其設備的經驗及熟練程度等不確定因素影響很大。
