（ 4 ）二氧化硫染毒對小鼠肝臟的組織學結構有明顯影響，可引起肝臟點狀壞死、灶狀壞死甚至片狀壞死，伴隨不同程度的炎性細胞浸潤；透射電鏡觀察發現二氧化硫可引起肝細胞脂肪變性、嗜酸性顆粒變和壞死，脂肪變肝細胞中可見大小不等的脂滴存在，嗜酸性顆粒變肝細胞中可見線粒體明顯增生，壞死肝細胞可見細胞核結構破壞，細胞器減少，細胞膜不完整。
