This thesis also first presents the most straightforward and the most effective evaluation indexes on the qualities of crack filling and pothole repair, compares and analyzes the properties, the applicable situations, the strong and the weak points of crack filling materials ( such as hot asphalt cement, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt, etc. ) and pothole repair materials ( such as hot - mix asphalt mixture and cold - mix asphalt mixture ). on the basis of the permanent demands on repair, this thesis sums up and lists the maintenance steps in crack filling and pothole repair, and advances the procedure designs to be directly adopted by maintenance workers of asphalt roads

    首次提出了評定瀝青路面裂縫填封和坑槽修補質量好壞最為直接、有效的評價指標，分別對用作裂縫填封材料的熱瀝青、乳化瀝青和改性瀝青及用作坑槽修補材料的熱拌瀝青混合料和冷拌瀝青混合料的性能、適用場合及優缺點進行了比較分析，並按永久性修補要求，歸納提煉了裂縫填封和坑槽修補的工藝步驟，提出了可供瀝青路面養護人員直接採用的工藝方案。

    本文系統地研究了復合體系配方、工藝方法、填料及偶聯劑用量對復合體系工藝條件、力學性能及結構形態的影響，同時利用廣角x射線衍射、掃描電鏡、 dta等對復合體系的性能進行了測試與分析，主要研究內容及結論如下： 1滑石粉的加入，雖然使pp的熔化時間增加，但是混煉能耗下降，有利於pp的加工；偶聯劑的加入，使pp的熔化時間增加，能耗略有降低，總體而言，對加工無不利影響。
