為提高永磁屏蔽電泵的效率，減少永磁屏蔽電泵設計中屏蔽套電磁影響問題，本文對永磁電泵電磁場進行了有限元分析，計算了主要參數，對屏蔽套的渦流問題進行了分析研究。So aimed at that, based on deep analyzing the eddy - current mechanism of the stator liners and rotor liners. this paper calculated the eddy - current with the multiple multipole theory by deploying the liners. according to the calculation result, the electromagnetic effect of the liners in the permanent magnet canned motor pump was analyzed
針對這一區別特徵，本論文在對定、轉子屏蔽套渦流產生機理分析的基礎上，採用將屏蔽套展開的方法，利用多極理論求解了屏蔽套的渦電流損耗，從而分析了屏蔽套對電磁性能的影響。Some methods for overcoming these disadvantages are investigated as follows : first, using shield and magnetic circuit to shorten the sensor length and enhance the signal magnitude ; second, improving the data acquisition system to intensify the capability of fine defect detection ; at last, adopting digital signal processing technology such as homomorphic filter, wavelet transform and error correction to ensure detecting reliability
本文結合有限元模擬和實驗方法，研究了改進遠場渦流技術性能的幾種方法，即：採用電磁屏蔽、磁路進行傳感器優化設計以縮短探頭長度、增大信號強度；改進信號調理電路以提高細微缺陷檢出能力；利用同態濾波、小波變換以及誤差修正等數字信號處理技術確保檢測結果的可靠性。
