摘要認為影響世界漁船發展的因素是海洋撲撈量、魚類資源情況、漁業養殖業、聯合國「海洋法公約」及各國資源保護政策等；這些因素的變化必然導致漁船在數量、種類、尺度及撲撈技術等方面做出相應的調整；針對現階段我國漁船發展所面臨的問題，給出相應的對策和具體的具體措施。This paper reported the general situations of tuna fishery in indian ocean in recent ten years, and studied die fishing efforts, catch, cpue, and fishing grounds of two long - line crafts from zhonglu oceanic fishery co. ltd in equatorial waters of indian ocean in 2002, in order to gave the new fishery information to the producer, and to improve the technique of our tuna long - line fishery
為提高我國遠洋金槍魚延繩釣漁業的技術水平，並為我國相關生產企業提供產業發展的最新信息，本文報道了印度洋海域金槍魚漁業近十年的生產概況，並以中魯遠洋漁業股份有限公司兩條大型金槍魚延繩釣漁船2002年的生產數據為基礎，對印度洋赤道附近海域金槍魚延繩釣漁業的捕撈努力量、漁獲量、單位捕撈努力量漁獲量及作業漁場等進行了初步研究。In summary of this study ' s findings, the research puts forward the following relevant policy recommendations : the development strategy of sea - water fish should be transformed from capturing - oriented policy to that of cultivating - oriented ; as sea - water fishing " zero policy ", the development of freshwater fishery should be transformed from production growth to quality improvement ; increase aquatic technology to provide technical assurance for adjustment of fishery production structure
結合上述研究結論，本研究提出漁業產業結構的調整方向，海水魚的發展戰略從捕撈和養殖並舉向養殖為主轉型，淡水魚產業發展從規模型向品質型轉化，增加水產科技投入，為漁業結構調整提出技術保障，同時擴大水產品市場的開發力度等相關政策建議。
