It was found that plc activity was stimulated by both exogenous purified calmodulin and heterotrimeric g protein agonist cholera toxin. while, the stimulated effect on plc activity caused by exogenous calmodulin was inhibited by heterotrimeric g protein antagonist pertussis toxin, and plc antagonist u - 73122 inhibited the effect caused by cholera toxin. we also measure the free ca ~ ( 2 + ) level in germinating pollen grains, and found that exogenous purified calmodulin was able to increase the free ca ~ ( 2 + ) level, and their effects on ca ~ ( 2 + ) level were inhibited by u - 73122

    本研究首次以兩棲動物牛蛙為研究對象,進行了其生長基因的克隆以及原核表達質粒與真核表達重組質粒的構建、重組牛蛙gh蛋白的生物活性和免疫活性檢測以及重組蛋白制和核酸制的制備及其體內長作用等表達應研究,研究目的在於求證重組真核表達質粒是否能在牛蛙中表達、其應是否強于重組bfgh蛋白,為探索重組生長真核表達質粒能否替代重組gh蛋白作為動物長基因制等研究奠定理論基礎。
