    通過測定改進、運動粘度和針入度等指標參數來比較不同的添加劑及不同的添加條件對封口性能的影響。本論文的主要研究結果為:系統測試了多種樣品的組成、、運動粘度、針入度;對市售分別添加聚四氟乙烯乳液、有機硅樹脂和尼龍66進行改進,制備了改進產品;對改進的組成、、運動粘度、針入度進行了測試和比較;使用改進組裝成電池並對電池進行恆電流放電測試、短路電流測試和電池漏氣、漏液性能的測試;對改進的原理進行了分析和討論。實驗結果表明:在中添加尼龍66和聚四氟乙烯乳液對的封口性能有明顯的提高;通過對工藝條件的不斷改進,目前的工藝條件已完全可以用於實際生產操作;以添加尼龍66改進的為封口劑組裝成的電池完全滿足堿錳電池生產的需要,且電池電容量、短路電流等指標均達到gb t7112標準要求;本文提出的改進方案,通過驗證是一種效果好、實用性強的方法。
