    本文在對國內外關于地基沉降預測理論的研究進行綜述的基礎上,首先對工程中常的三點法進行了細致深入的研究,指出以工程實測數據證明的現有三點法在應時存在的不足,針對該不足進行了探討,並在此分析基礎上提出了預測結果更為理想的改進三點法;其次區別傳統沉降預測方法的研究途徑,本文從沉降過程的發展特徵出發,根據描述物化反應過程發展特徵的質量定律原理,探討了一種新的地基沉降預測方法:地基沉降預測的「質量定律」模型;本文還以溫州三期煤場工程及溫州淺圍塗促工程為背景,對上述改進三點法、地基沉降預測的「質量定律」模型的工程應與傳統的預測方法進行了比較,認為這些方法是可行的,並得出一些有結論。
