第七十五條承運人或者代其簽發提單的人，知道或者有合理的根據懷疑提單記載的貨物的品名、標志、包數或者件數、重量或者體積與實際接收的貨物符，在簽發己裝船提單的情況下懷疑與已裝船的貨物不符，或者沒有適當的方法核對提單記載的，可以在提單上批註，說明不符之處、懷疑的根據或者說明無法核對。
