    結果表明,電弧煉方法制備得到的nb - si系金屬間化合物比較緻,且制備工藝簡單,經濟用,是一種合適的nb - si系金屬間化合物制備方法;由於nb 、 si元素粉末的成性很差,用粉末冶金方法(熱壓燒結冷等靜壓)制備的nb - si系金屬間化合物表面粗糙、緻度低,且成本較高,宜用於制備nb - si系金屬間化合物;首次用光學懸浮單晶生長技術制備的nb - si系金屬間化合物復合材料緻度很高,盡管成本稍高,但由於性能最佳,也是一種合適的nb - si系金屬間化合物制備方法。
