整個應用系統基於目前流行的便攜式儀器的核心技術- windowsce系統平臺，針對人體的生物醫學信號（血壓參數的測量） ，運用處理能力強大的msp430單片機對實時數據進行採集、處理，在上位機部分用platformbuilder工具定製了windowsce平臺，利用vc語言編寫了多參數監護儀的應用軟體，在數據採集、處理模塊中，針對血壓脈搏波這種生物醫學信號特點，合理運用msp430單片機硬體資源及其功能特性對採集的數據進行有效的數據濾波處理，得到了有效的血壓生理參數。
