本文在較為全面、系統地分析玉簪屬植物種質資源與品種資源、擴繁技術和嵌合體研究問題的基礎上，以幾種玉簪屬植物和花葉玉簪的主要園藝品種為試材，進行了組織培養快繁的比較試驗；並利用植物生理生化與形態解剖學手段，對性狀穩定且具有推廣價值的花葉玉簪品種h . 『 sosweet 』進行了嵌合體特性的研究；本文還對玉簪屬植物在國內的引種、生產和應用現狀進行了調查、分析。
