    本文選用3 #通用鋰基脂和7014號寬溫航空潤滑脂作為基礎脂,選取納米剛石粉和納米二氧硅微粒作為添加,設計了14種配方。利用威布爾斜率k和額定壽命l10作為評價指標,研究了納米微粒的用量對陶瓷/鋼副的接觸疲勞壽命的影響,得出在所選兩種基礎脂中添加適用量的納米微粒添加可以提高陶瓷的接觸疲勞壽命。利用sem和edax ,初步揭示了納米微粒提高陶瓷/鋼副滾動接觸疲勞的機理。
