研究表明，不論是在美國的矽谷，還是在義大利的艾米利亞?羅馬格納地區，都存在各具不同特色的區域創新網路，它們在實現創新資源有效配置和提升企業創新能力方面發揮了重要作用。本論文擬對區域創新網路這一新型的產業組織形式進行全面闡述的基礎上，來探討區域創新網路模型、優勢及其產生機理，以及區域創新網路中政府的作用與職能。同時，本論文著重對傳統產業區與高技術產業區創新網路進行了比較分析，提出了培育、發展和完善區域創新網路的建議。Objective to report 16 cases of intracranial aneurysms with calcified vascular wall and study the relationship between vascular calcification and pathogenic mechanism of intracranial aneurysms. methods spiral ct scan, clinical data and serum calcium, phosphate, glucose, lipid, renal function of the 16 patients were studied in retrospect. all aneurysms were clipped, in which 8 were resected after clipping. results the location of aneurysms with aneurismal wall calcification was, on posterior communicating artery in 3, on middle cerebral artery in 2, on anterior communicating artery in 2, on basilar artery in 5 and on basilar artery in 4. all patients showed normal serum calcium, phosphate, glucose and normal renal function. serum lipid of patients had been elevated. all patients recovered with no significant neurological deficits. conclusion intracranial vascular calcification is an active and regulated process in close relation to atherosclerosis, serum calcium, phosphate, lipid, thyroid, parathyroid function and other factors. intracranial vascular calcification has close relationship with the pathogenesis and management of intracranial aneurysms
