    本論文在前人研究的基礎上,開展了以下兩個方面的工作: ( 1 )採用分子學技術熒光原位雜交( fish ) 、多聚酶鏈式反應( pcr ) 、 dna克隆和測序等對采自江蘇省蘇州市、東太湖、新沂河等6個底質樣品進行了厭氧氨氧化菌和傳統氨氧化菌的原位檢測; ( 2 )探討了以底質作為接種體進行厭氧氨氧化菌富集培養的可行性,為天然底質環境中厭氧氨氧化過程的強化,富營養化底質微生物修復的可行性提供一定的依據。
