I visited the palace museum, the great wall, alleyways and tried many local snacks. i was also gratified by the heritage conservation in the mainland during this visit, as i found that both the quality and scale of the work were much improved when compared with the past. i sincerely hope that our descendants can still have the chance to admire the cultural heritage and appreciate the efforts of our precedents in the future
在北京，飽覽了故宮，當了好漢，游過老衚衕，品嘗了老北京小吃，但最令我欣慰的是中國的文物保護工作比以前進步多了，質素和規模猶勝以往，但願我們的後代都可以欣賞到這些見證滄海桑田的痕跡和標志，感受到前人偉大的文化遺產。
