利用rt - pcr方法克隆了tumv山東分離物的外殼蛋白（ cp ）基因，測定了它們的核苷酸序列、並將其與已報道的序列進行同源性比較和分析，最終確定了其歸屬地位，具體研究結果如下： 1 .從山東省3地市感病的白菜和蘿卜上分離到蕪菁花葉病毒的6個分離物，分別命名為tumv - sd1 、 tumv - sd2 、 tumv - sd3 、 tumv - sd4 、 tumv - sd5和tumv - sd6 。
