    本文首先介紹了電器件計算機模擬的分類、 mosfet的建模發展動態、對器件模的要求以及模參數的提取方法。在第二章中建了mos晶體管在電壓條件下的工作模;第三章推導了mosfet的大信號模,這兩類模不同於傳統模擬軟體例如pspice中的等效電路模,而是從模方程出發,採用數值模擬的方法,提高了模擬的精度。第四章和第五章分別建了mos晶體管低頻、中頻、高頻的小信號模,雖然借鑒了pspice模擬軟體中用等效電路模的方法,但是本文分別討論了準靜態和非準靜態時器件的本徵部分以及包含非本徵部分工作于低頻、中頻和高頻條件時的模,可以根據這些模編寫相應的模擬軟體,這樣在做器件的模擬分析與器件設計的時候,就可以利用模擬軟體逐步深入地分析器件在不同的條件下和器件的不同部分在工作時的各種小信號特性,有利於抓住器件工作的本質特性,設計出符合要求的各類通用和特殊器件。

    根據閥門cad發展趨勢,針對成都乘風閥門有限責任公司閥門設計現狀,本課題基於mdt三維設計平臺開發了閥門三維參數化設計系統,主要完成的工作和成果如下:根據公司提供的幾種不同結構閥門的二維工程圖紙,利用mdt三維設計平臺建了三維參數化基本圖形庫,其中包括所有零部件和總裝配模圖及二維工程圖;依照閥門設計的一般步驟設計了參數編輯器,用來對閥門尺寸參數進行編輯、輸入、輸出等,具有參數雙向同步顯示功能,使用十分靈活方便;根據用戶的需求,為了使設計達到精確、可靠、實用的要求,設計開發了輔助計算器,能自動完成閥門設計過程中所需的各種結構計算,並可以輸出閥門設計計算說明書;為了使設計人員更具有競爭力,本系統利用internet intranet技術設計開發了虛擬設計中心模塊,虛擬設計中心集成了網路會議、終服務、超級鏈接等功能,可以讓設計師接使用服務器上的應用程序,與intranet internet上的其他設計專家進行交流、共享軟體資源,實現遠程協同設計。
