    本論文建立在已有港口裝卸機械管理基礎之上,進一步提出了以可靠性為基礎港口裝卸機械管理思想,已有表明,港口機械設備壞主要由於兩個原因,第一是穩定性問題,特別是構件局部穩定性,所謂穩定性是指:在板內,板受到平行於板壓力作用,使板發生隆起、內陷等凹凸不平結果,從而使板受載能力減弱;第二是結構出現疲勞紋及其擴展,這是由於設備長時期運行,而造成設備某些部位出現紋並得以擴展,使設備承載能力下降。
